Our Repair Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
Log-On & Order
Log onto our booking platform or give us a phone call at (978) 262-1340 to start your order. Once completed, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to send it to our facility.
Pack & Ship
Make sure you pack up your computer by wrapping it in plenty of bubble wrap and putting it in a small-to-medium sized box. There should be air pillow cushions placed on each side of the device in order to keep it secure. Once that is finished, take it to your local post office to have it shipped to our address at 6A Dunham Road, Billerica, MA 01821.
Triage & Diagnose
After we receive your MacBook, we will begin our diagnosing process where we figure out what repairs will have to be done for the computer. For example, if you have a liquid damaged MacBook Pro but you may suspect that there are other internal problems with the computer, we will figure out the cause of it.
Clean & Fix
At this stage, the repair staff at MicroReplay will begin to take apart your machine, replace and repair parts with state-of-the-art equipment, and do a deep clean your logic board with an ultrasonic bath. When the process is finished, the computer feels like it had been rebuilt from the ground up.
Rebuild & Audit
Our staff will reassemble the MacBook and do extensive hardware and QA testing to make sure the computer is working in tip-top shape.
Return & Enjoy!
Finally, we will send your computer back to your provided address. Within a few days, your MacBook will be back in your hands, ready for use.
