When I made the decision to trade in my PC for a MacBook, I was anxious to move forward, but did not really know where to begin. I had to sell my laptop for cash that would help me buy my Mac. Ebay was an option, but not an attractive one because of the type of write-up needed, the time, the bidding, delivery and the considerable fees involved. This letter shares my experience during my recent purchase of two used computers from MicroReplay in Wellesley, Massachusetts. I am delighted with this experience. I first called MicroReplay’s 1-800 phone number (because I’m almost 70 years old and I like to talk to a real person) and I immediately connected to Charles Kouyoumjian. I explained my requirements (a late model iMac for my 15 year-old granddaughter and a late model/top-end Windows laptop for my 43 year-old daughter) and my expected price range. Charles said he would get back to me within a few hours and he made good on his promise. We then arrived at a reasonable price. Also, he made good on his promise of free mailing and free installation of Airport/WiFi cards for each computer.
